California-Style Wild Rice and Walnut Dressing

For your next holiday feast impress family and friends with this simple but elegant dish.

½ cup each: chopped onions and chopped celery
1 clove garlic, minced
Tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups cooked brown rice (cooked in chicken broth)
1 cup cooked California Wild Rice (cooked according to package)
½ cup chopped walnuts
2/3 cup dried cranberries
½ teaspoon sage
¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ cup beef or chicken broth

Directions

In a small skillet over medium heat, cook onions, celery and garlic in butter until tender. Combine with remaining ingredients in a buttered 2½ quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
